Amy B. Raub is an associate in the Orlando office of HR Law. A member of the Florida Bar since 2000, she served as an environmental program manager for Seminole County Government until 2009, procuring in excess of $1.5 million in grants and leading volunteers in environmental outreach. While raising her two young boys she ran a successful photography studio, then joined HR Law in 2015 as a paralegal, returning to full-time practice as an attorney in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Systems from Mercer University and earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer’s Walter F. George School of Law.
Amy has extensive experience defending Workers’ Compensation claims, having unique insight on the myriad statutes, deadlines and pleadings that govern the industry here in Florida. She has worked with clients in every imaginable industry sector, including hospitality, construction, transportation, healthcare and municipalities, as well as the third-party administrators who serve them.
