Oral Arguments at WCI 2021 – Bill Rogner

(11-22-21) Everyone in the comp world is excited for the return of the WCI conference in Orlando Dec. 12-15, and HR Law is no exception.

We are eager to see so many clients and colleagues together after so long. And, we’re very excited to watch Bill Rogner in action, presenting two cases to a panel of judges from the First District Court of Appeal in a special courtroom at the Marriott World Center.

In Bonhomme v. Staff Team Hotels, on behalf of Frank Winston Crum Insurance, Bill seeks to affirm JCC Pitts’ order denying compensability of the claim. 

In Spence v. Auracal Senior Home Care, he will defend JCC Johnsen’s order denying a motion for sanctions.

This is a unique opportunity to watch oral arguments by “one of the most respected appellate attorneys in the Workers’ Compensation field,” according to one JCC.
