BILL ROGNER SPEAKING AT NATIONAL ABA CONFERENCE

Bill Rogner is trading sunny Florida for sunny Arizona to speak at the American Bar Association’s Midwinter Conference of the Workers’ Compensation Committee Thursday, March 16 at 3:30 p.m.

He’s part of a panel moderated by JCC John Lazzara that’s discussing the constitutional and practical implications of limitations on attorney fees for lawyers representing injured workers. Along with other notable defense and claimants’ attorneys involved in major case law decisions around the country, Bill will draw on his first-hand experience how they affect claims frequency, trials, and settlements, the representation of injured workers and employers’ premium rates.
