Andrew R. Borah, a shareholder in charge of HR Law’s South Florida office, is one of the most seasoned and successful Workers’ Compensation trial attorneys in the region. His trial record for Employer/Carrier wins since 2009 averages 86 percent.

His clients include major insurance carriers, municipalities, large and mid-sized employers, staffing companies, and professional employer organizations (PEOs).

Board Certified as a WC Specialist since 2009, he is also recognized annually as a SuperLawyer. Certified by the Florida Department of Insurance as a lecturer, he presents frequently to employer and insurance groups.

Andy is a proud double Gator, earning both his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. He resides in Delray Beach with his wife and two young twins, a son and a daughter.
