Michael S. Waranch is an attorney in HR Law’s Orlando Office. Mr. Waranch earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland in 1988 and a Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1991. A member of the Florida Bar since 1992, he defends Employers, Carriers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) in Workers’ Compensation matters including appeals, devotes a part of his practice to family law cases, and has provided pro bono services to the Orange County Legal Aid Society as a Guardian ad Litem since 1993.
Michael has represented dozens of entities in his long career and continues to represent various clients including Gallagher Bassett Services, Travelers, Sedgwick CMS, Wal-Mart, Dillard’s and the State of Florida, among others.
Michael was Board Certified in 1998 by the Florida Bar as a Specialist in Workers’ Compensation and also admitted to the Bar of the Middle District of Florida in 1995 and admitted to the United States Supreme Court in 2001.
