Paul T. Terlizzese, a shareholder in HR Law’s Fort Pierce office, is well known throughout the Workers’ Compensation industry, having served 12 years as Judge of Compensation Claims for Brevard, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties. From 1999 to 2012, he presided over thousands of motions, trials, and hearings. Previously, he spent 10 years in private practice as a partner in a Florida firm specializing in Workers’ Compensation defense.

Paul is a frequent lecturer, having spoken at numerous annual Workers’ Compensation Institute conferences, Florida Bar Association Spring Forums, Claims Managers’ conferences, and many CEU programs at insurance carriers.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. An enthusiastic outdoorsman and Florida native who enjoys camping, fishing, and boating, Paul resides in Vero Beach with his wife and twin daughters.
