Anything that involves running our firm smoothly, Firm Administrator Stacy Carroll is on top of it! A 30-year veteran of HR Law, she manages the all-important human resources at the core of our excellent service to clients, among numerous other critical components.
Stacy’s responsibilities include compensation and benefits administration; facilities management, capital and operating budget analysis; policy evaluation and implementation, technology assessment and participation in strategic business planning. She works closely with our managing shareholder and is responsible for staff recruiting and supervision, work coordination, development of policies and procedures, overseeing training programs and acts as liaison between attorneys, support staff and other management.
Stacy joined our firm in January 1995 as a legal assistant, and later served as a paralegal. Her responsibilities grew to include coordinating our continuing education program and marketing, and ultimately she took over as our firm administrator in 2010. She earned a two-year AS degree in Paralegal Studies in 1994 and is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators.
