(4-7-23) Rogers Turner, Andy Borah and Bill Rogner are speaking at one of our industry’s most advanced educational conferences, the WCCP / Florida Bar Forum taking place at the Omni Orlando at Championsgate April 20-21.

Rogers Turner joins Michael Winer to discuss “Compensability of Accidents and the 120-Day Rule and Waiver” on Thursday, April 20 at 8:45 a.m.

Andy Borah is part of a panel including JCC Pitts and attorney Kenneth Erhlich covering “Trial Practice & Procedures, Motions & Sanctions” on Friday, April 21 at 1:30 p.m.

Bill Rogner will participate in live oral arguments before Florida’s First District Court of Appeals in the matter of Kennith Meyers v. Truly Nolen of America. This exciting real-time session takes place at 3:15 p.m. Thursday in an Omni conference room set up as an official courtroom. Bill is also speaking at the Judicial Breakout session 9 a.m. Friday, “View from the Appellate Perspective.”
